Two greyhounds have been returned to a rehoming centre in Norfolk after their owner could no longer care for them.

Jack and Jill are Irish greyhounds that were born from the same litter in June 2018.

The pair were homed by Norfolk Greyhound Rescue four years ago but have been returned by their owner who can no longer care for them due to work commitments and having to relocate.

Their owner was said to be "devastated" to have to give them up.

Norfolk Dog Rescue would love to keep them together in their new home but will consider requests from those who can only adopt one.

Both Jack and Jill travel well and love people but they have not spent much time around children and are not cat-friendly.

Jack is the bigger of the two and is described as a "lovely, happy and affectionate boy".

He can be barky around other dogs but his sister Jill is more reserved.

The dogs are currently located in Attleborough and anyone interested in adopting the pair should contact the charity via 07470 931758.
